Zielgruppe Studierende Lehramt Primarstufe mit Unterrichtserfahrung, Ziel dieses Projekts ist es herauszufinden, welche Situationen von angehenden Lehrer*innen als besonders _x000D_herausfordernd erlebt werden, wie sie in diesen reagieren, welche Emotionen diese Situationen bei ihnen_x000D_ auslösen und welche Strategien sie anwenden, um ihre Emotionen zu regulieren. Basierend auf den _x000D_Ergebnissen sollen verschiedenste Möglichkeiten (z.B. Fortbildungen, Integration in Curricula, Coaching, _x000D_Professional Learning Communities etc.) erarbeitet werden, um angehende Lehre*innen besser auf diese_x000D_Herausforderungen vorzubereiten.
