Der Hochschulrat ist ein Kollegialorgan mit Kontroll-, Steuerungs- und Aufsichtsfunktion, dessen vornehmliches Ziel darin besteht einen Beitrag zur Erreichung der Ziele und Aufgaben der Pädagogischen Hochschule zu leisten.
