TALIS 2024 – Leadership and Professionel Collaboration fostering Teachers´ Data Use

Data use within teaching teams is regarded as a key element of professional school development. This research project uses TALIS 2024 data to investigate which institutional factors promote the formation of data teams. Collaboration and various leadership styles are considered to be conducive conditions.
