Die Ringvorlesung richtet sich an alle interessierten Lehramtsstudierenden, Lehrkräfte, Forschende und Dozierende der beruflichen Bildung an den Hochschulen in Deutschland und Österreich in der Fachdidaktik Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft. Im Mittelpunkt stehen das Kennenlernen, die Erweiterung, Vertiefung und Dissemination von Theorien, Modellen, Ansätzen und Schwerpunkten der Fachdidaktik. Die Ringvorlesung soll den Austausch und die Vernetzung aller Beteiligten und die interaktive Beteiligung der Studierenden ermöglichen.
