Beschreibung

Eine Ringvorlesung der besonderen Art wird es erstmals im kommenden Wintersemester am Institut für Sekundarstufe in der Berufsbildung geben. Hochschullehrende aus Deutschland und Österreich aus dem Fachbereich Ernährung bieten im gesamten Semester immer dienstags von 17:00-18:30 Uhr (Start am 17.10.2023) via zoom interaktive Lehrveranstaltungen zu Herausforderungen und Megatrends in der Fachdidaktik Ernährung und Hauswirtschaft an.
