Wie lassen sich berufsspezifische Sprachkompetenzen angehender Lehrpersonen diagnostizieren und fördern? Dieser Frage widmete sich eine internationale Arbeitstagung am 1. und 2. September 2026 an der PH Zug in der Schweiz. Tamara Kerschbaumer stellte das Projekt SpraBILaPrim vor und brachte Erfahrungen der PH Wien zur sprachlichen Bildung und Sprachförderung ein.
Das Programm bot vielfältige Perspektiven: von den sprachlichen Kompetenzen von Fremdsprachenlehrpersonen über KI-gestützte Kompetenzdiagnostik bis hin zu Sprechkompetenzen und stimmlicher Leistungsfähigkeit im Lehrberuf. Ein gemeinsamer Workshop vertiefte Fragen der Diagnose und Förderung.
Mit Begeisterung wurde darüber diskutiert, welche sprachlichen Kompetenzen angehende Lehrkräfte benötigen und wie diese im Studium gestärkt werden können. Auch bei einer Stadtführung durch Zug und einem gemeinsamen Abendessen wurde der Austausch fortgesetzt. So entstanden wertvolle internationale Kontakte und neue Impulse für die Lehre.
