On March 12, 2019, the IWQ team in cooperation with the IBS welcomed a delegation of education faculty from the University of Bihac to the University College of Teacher Education Vienna.
The guests visited a seminar led by our colleague Sandra Reitbrecht, from DiZeTIK (IBS), concerning german as a second language where they got a look into primary education training with a focus on language education.
Subsequently, Education Cooperation Coordinator Katharina Grubesic held a welcome speech with an emphasis on the importance of the professional exchange between international partners.

From a presentation by DiZeTIK colleague Brigitte Sorger, our Bosnian guests received an impression of the Austrian language policy as well as the language diversity in Austrian classrooms. Additionally, Sandra Reitbrecht presented a seminar focusing on German as a foreign/second language as it is learned by students and teachers in the continuing education program at the University College of Teacher Education Vienna. The DiZeTIK expert gave an extra amount of her time to answer questions from the visitors in an exchange of expertise.
